Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Murrieta, CA to oversee rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals. You will market to prospects, interact with residents, and drive occupancy while maintaining superb service.

The role includes coaching leasing staff, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring accurate leasing documentation. A high school diploma and PM software experience are required; the company offers strong wellness, retirement, and career development benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience required.
• Prior experience with Yardi or another property management system required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Conduct training and coaching for leasing consultants to obtain optimal performance.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect apartments for move-in readiness.
• Maintain detailed records of traffic activity and timely follow-up with prospects.
