Avenue5 Residential in Corona, CA is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to train leasing consultants. You will coordinate marketing efforts, review applications, and ensure accurate leasing paperwork and timely move-ins.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management and Yardi required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and maintain occupancy.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for optimal performance.
• Prepare lease paperwork and process move-ins.
• Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts.
• Ensure all lease applications are accurate and payments collected.
