Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year leasing/management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management system (PMS).
• Experience with revenue management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate traffic and move-in/move-out records and schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance on move-in readiness and follow-up with residents.
