Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with the leasing team.

You will handle tours, prepare leases, and maintain orderly resident files, contributing to a smooth leasing process and positive resident experiences across our communities.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident/client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for tours and orient residents to the property.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; process renewals and maintain accurate records.
