Avenue5 Residential in Corona Pointe, Corona, CA seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will market the property, interact with prospective and current residents, train leasing consultants, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure accurate lease paperwork and move-in processes. Commitment to excellent customer service and a quality living experience is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PMS required.
• Experience with customer reputation tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Train leasing consultants and coach for optimal performance.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate marketing, identify target markets, and review advertising.
• Maintain detailed traffic records and schedule appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
