Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Murrieta, CA to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will engage prospective and current residents, ensuring a quality living experience and strong occupancy.

A background in sales and excellent customer service are essential, with familiarity in Yardi Voyager and MS Office preferred. Expect a schedule Thursday-Monday, 9:00am-6:00pm, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and activity in the system.
• Assist with planning resident events and property communications.
