Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Manager to implement strategies driving occupancy, revenue, and a high-quality end-to-end resident experience from inquiry through residency. You will supervise the Leasing team, drive performance, and partner with local leadership to meet financial goals.

The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing, 1+ year in a leadership role, and licenses as required. Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of residential leasing or related experience.
• 1+ year in a team lead or manager role.
• Real estate license and driver’s license as required by state law; automobile insurance.
• Familiar with federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to multi-task; able to read financial statements and reports.
• Ability to negotiate and gain consensus; close a sale.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the Leasing team handling new leases and renewals.
• Drive performance and hold team members accountable to occupancy, rent growth and resident experience.
• Partner with local leadership to optimize resident service and meet financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes and quality standards.
• Deliver frequent performance feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues with home conditions, marketing tools, resident portal or other programs affecting performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
