Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and exceptional resident experiences from inquiry to lease term. You will manage showings, negotiations, and move-in documentation while maintaining strong resident relationships and timely follow-ups.

The role requires a Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes, a high school diploma or GED, and broad residential leasing knowledge, with weekend/evening availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of home inventory, pricing, availability, and lease expirations.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and performance factors.
• Facilitate leasing by understanding resident needs, negotiating terms, and conducting showings.
• Promote lease enhancements to new and existing residents.
• Build strong customer relationships with prospects and residents.
• Collaborate with market leadership to address resident needs and drive improvements.
• Review reports to identify priorities and optimization opportunities.
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Conduct property tours, initiate new leases, and handle signings and move-in documents.
