Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our on-site team. You’ll be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing success and occupancy.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to showcase our communities effectively. You’ll manage the leasing process from application to move-in, follow up on leads, and support renewals.

• Comfortable with MS Office and property management software.
• Property management experience preferred but not required if you have sales/leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Community, providing top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
• Drive Leasing Success by leasing apartments, meeting occupancy goals, and promoting Madison Communities.
• Know Your Product by staying informed about property amenities and competition.
• Track & Follow Up on leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends.
• Manage the Lease Process from application review to finalizing paperwork.
• Ensure Move In Readiness with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive Renewals by building relationships and coordinating lease renewals.
• Market Like a Pro through outside marketing efforts to position Madison Communities as the go-to choice.
