Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and top-tier resident experiences from inquiry through residency. You will supervise the leasing team handling new leases and renewals, aiming to exceed occupancy and rent growth targets.

You will partner with local leadership to implement service initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and deliver performance feedback. Travel within the portfolio is expected, and a real estate license may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of residential leasing or related experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a team lead or manager role.
• Real estate license (if required by state) and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Salesforce/Yardi preferred.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Leasing team for new leases and renewals.
• Drive occupancy, rent growth and resident experience goals.
• Collaborate with local leadership to optimize resident services and financial outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Provide frequent performance feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues with home conditions, marketing tools, or resident portals.
