JOB OPPORTUNITIES is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee all aspects of residential leasing operations. • 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or retail sales.

Responsabilités

• Guide Prospective Tenants: Host property tours (in-person and virtual), answer inquiries via phone, email, and text, and highlight community amenities.
• Manage Applications & Onboarding: Assist applicants through the screening process, collect required documentation, and coordinate move-in details.
• Support Administrative Operations: Process rental payments, issue receipts, log maintenance requests, and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Drive Outreach & Sales: Follow up with leads promptly and assist with marketing or promotional events to support occupancy goals.
• Maintain Compliance: Adhere strictly to Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local housing laws, and company policies.
