Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Real Estate license affiliated with Invitation Homes as the designated brokerage.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain home inventory, pricing, availability, and lease expirations.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and performance.
• Facilitate leasing by understanding resident needs and negotiating terms.
• Conduct in-person showings and lease signings.
• Build relationships with prospective, current, and former residents.
• Collaborate with market leadership to address resident needs and trends.
• Review reports to set priorities and improvements.
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups to maintain pipeline.
• Conduct property tours and initiate new leases.
• Oversee lease negotiations and move-in documentation.
• May work some holidays, weekends, or evenings.
