Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to set occupancy goals and implement a strategic plan to drive leases and resident satisfaction.

The role requires leading a leasing team, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring excellent resident relations while meeting budgeted occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Regular onsite attendance is required
• Ensure leasing techniques are effective and leases are signed
• Audit lease files for policy compliance
• Address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan and budget
• Monitor leasing and renewal progress and provide support
• Supervise leasing and renewal events and market knowledge analysis
