Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Manager in Denver, CO to lead the leasing team through the full cycle of new leases and renewals, driving occupancy, rent growth and exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in residential leasing, 1+ year in a leadership position, a real estate license per state, and strong skills in customer service, communication, and time management. Travel within the portfolio is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of residential leasing or related experience.
• 1+ year in a team lead or manager role.
• Real estate license and a valid driver’s license as required by state law.
• Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and gain consensus; close sales.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned portfolio; reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the Leasing team responsible for new leases and renewals.
• Drive occupancy, rent growth, and resident experience objectives.
• Partner with local leadership to optimize resident service and financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Deliver frequent performance feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot issues with home conditions, marketing tools, or resident-facing platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
