Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Dallas to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and renewals while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will market properties, respond to inquiries, and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and current residents and clients.

Strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with property management systems (Yardi preferred) are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year residential leasing and/or management experience.
• Experience with a revenue management system required.
• Experience with Yardi or another property management system required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market properties and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Train leasing consultants and coach staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Review applications for accuracy and process renewal paperwork.
• Coordinate marketing, move-in schedules and maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents.
