Avenue5 Residential in Arlington, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will help achieve occupancy goals, orient residents to the property, prepare lease docs, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; minimum one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and lease documentation.
