Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to manage apartment rentals, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will interact with prospective residents, tour properties, and guide leases from move-in to renewal.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends. Yardi experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred. Training on housing inclusion is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, tour properties, prepare lease docs, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities and respond promptly to requests.
