Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Dallas to lead rental activities, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and renew leases. You will engage with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and deliver a high-quality living experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales or leasing experience and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus, with a focus on timely, accurate documentation and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and ensure retention.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect model apartments and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Provide clerical support and process invoices as needed.
• Comply with policies and safety rules; complete required training within 30 days.
