CLS Living is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead a team, drive leasing performance, and create a welcoming resident experience. You will manage leasing activities, marketing initiatives, and university partnerships to sustain high occupancy and strong resident relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and customer service within a design-forward, growth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Entrata.
• Familiarity with LIHTC programs is a plus.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Mansioni

• Drive leasing performance to maintain target occupancy (goal: 99%).
• Develop and monitor annual marketing plan; execute campus and local outreach.
• Deliver first-class customer service to residents, prospects, and parents.
• Coordinate resident events and university partnerships to build community.
• Maintain property knowledge and perform regular market research on competitors.
• Ensure marketing materials are current and aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee leases, administrative paperwork, and maintain accurate records in PM software.
• Support NOI targets and rent collection to meet 98% collection rate.
