Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to lead a community team, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and prospects. You will drive leasing performance, support team development, and contribute to overall property success.

You will manage marketing plans, campus outreach, and resident events while maintaining strong relationships with university contacts and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, high-performing team and promote resident satisfaction.
• Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve high occupancy (goal: 99%).
• Coordinate outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses.
• Maintain leases, records, and property administration with accuracy.
• Support NOI targets and rent collection performance.
