Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata property management software.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through professional communication, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
• Drive leasing efforts to achieve occupancy targets and develop renewal programs.
• Deliver first-class service to residents and prospects, resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and process leases efficiently.
• Support NOI targets and rent collection goals while controlling costs.
