Job summary

CLS Living in Austin seeks a Leasing Manager to lead on-site leasing, deliver exceptional resident service, and drive occupancy while fostering a welcoming community. You will partner with leadership to develop a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and engage with students and local partners to maximize occupancy.

You will implement marketing plans, maintain strong market knowledge, and coordinate resident events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata a plus.
• Familiarity with LIHTC programs.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & staff development: Cultivate a motivated, high-performing team and model professional communication and integrity.
• Leasing & marketing: Drive occupancy, renewals, and retention; lead outreach and annual marketing planning.
• Customer experience: Deliver first-class service, resolve concerns, and build resident relationships.
• Property & office administration: Maintain accurate records in PM software, process leases, and support upkeep.
• Financial performance: Assist NOI targets, support rent collection, and identify revenue/expense improvements.
