CLS Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to deliver first-class service to prospects and residents. You will manage leasing processes, respond promptly, and create a welcoming office environment that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

The role emphasizes in-person client interactions, campus engagement, and maintaining current property knowledge. Join a team that values culture, growth, and a positive work environment.

Formación

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain online presence to be current, professional, and engaging.
• Prospect follow-up and lease closure efforts with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate resident events and campus advertising activities.
• Manage property administration and ensure marketing plans are executed.
• Ensure property software is accurate and up to date.
• Support team and assist with after-hours emergencies when needed.
