Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to be the face of our community, delivering exceptional service and driving leasing performance. You will lead a team, oversee marketing efforts, and build strong relationships with residents, university partners, and local businesses.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing and are proficient with Entrata and MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in cultivating a motivated, high‑performing team.
• Drive leasing efforts to achieve high occupancy and manage marketing plans.
• Deliver first‑class service to residents and prospects; resolve concerns promptly.
