CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You’ll drive leasing, support marketing plans, and maintain strong relationships with students and community partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and a passion for community-building within vibrant, design-forward properties in Bloomington. Bachelor’s preferred; Entrata experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership and customer service ethos with a resident-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Entrata or comparable property management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing leasing team.
• Drive leasing efforts to achieve target occupancy and retention goals.
• Conduct outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses.
• Maintain accurate records, process leases, and support budget goals.
• Ensure exceptional resident experience and community engagement.
