Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to join our Lawrence, KS community. You’ll be the face of the property, deliver outstanding service to residents and prospects, and drive leasing performance while supporting team development.

Responsibilities include leadership, leasing and marketing, customer experience, and property administration to help achieve NOI targets. You’ll coordinate events, manage leases, and maintain brand standards in collaboration with university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata
• Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus
• Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, high-performing team and foster a service-oriented culture
• Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve high occupancy and renewals
• Deliver first-class customer service to residents, prospects, and families
• Manage leases, office administration, and property records
• Help achieve NOI targets and overseeing budgeting and cost controls
