Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing across the property, working closely with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals. The role leads the leasing team, drives resident relations, and ensures leasing processes and reporting are accurate and up to date.

The position emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns to generate traffic and retention.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site software familiarity; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leasing and customer service orientation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property; set leasing goals with Community Manager.
• Lead the leasing team and ensure successful leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and timely documentation.
• Address resident complaints and develop retention programs.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan and budget; execute campaigns to drive traffic.
• Supervise leasing/renewal events; monitor progress and occupancy targets.
• Maintain property knowledge and market conditions; report weekly market activity.
• Provide staff training, coaching and ensuring compliance with company directives.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
