Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident relations at our Portland properties.

You will manage vendor contracts, reporting, and ensure client satisfaction while leading a small team and maintaining property P&L. A strong customer-service mindset and real estate knowledge are essential, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for meeting client expectations and providing excellent customer service.
• Recruitment, interviewing, feedback, and hiring.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety.
