Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Portland to support daily property operations and leasing activities. You will assist with resident relations, leasing, reporting, and coordinating maintenance, while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property management, proficiency with MS Office, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license and knowledge of leasing processes are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance activities.
• Handle lease administration and monthly reporting.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and retention throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Assist with staff training on leasing, marketing and office operations.
