The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) to join our community-focused team at one of our California properties. This role blends marketing, relationship-building, administration and customer service to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, handling tours, engaging customers, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating maintenance and contributing to overall property operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours.
• Give feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
