Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to support customer experience and community engagement at our properties. This role blends marketing, relationship-building, administration and frontline service.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collegiate setting with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving and a proactive work ethic. Availability to work day shifts, summer, holidays and Turn periods is required.

• Provide customer-focused experience and tours for residents and prospects.
• Give feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives and support local marketing.
• Assist with social media and community engagement across platforms.
• Plan, promote and drive customer experience initiatives and events.
• Maintain a positive, professional presence in the community and office.
