You will conduct tours, support sales initiatives, manage community operations, and coordinate maintenance while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Sales: Prioritize interactions with customers and provide tours; share feedback on sales barriers to management; execute sales and engagement initiatives; assist with local marketing and social media; plan and run customer experience initiatives; represent the community professionally.
• Property Administration: Maintain knowledge of community, market and policy; log and retrieve packages; assist with office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities upkeep; schedule maintenance requests; keep the office organized; assist with after-hours lock-out duties.
