This role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, with daytime hours and after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and tours for customers; conduct community and amenity tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers to management and assist engagement initiatives.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by leadership.
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging improvements.
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers.
• Plan, promote and execute customer experience and marketing initiatives.
• Represent the community professionally in and out of the office.
