Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) at our property location to deliver exceptional customer experiences while performing marketing, relationship building, and administrative duties. This role operates in a fast-paced, collegiate environment requiring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

As an ETM, you will support customer experience initiatives, engage with residents, and assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive community

• Coordinate maintenance requests and keep the office and clubhouse organized.
