You will engage residents and visitors with tours, help plan events, support social media efforts, and ensure a welcoming, well-run community. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, reliability, and flexibility to cover day and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communications with customers; provide tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communications across platforms.
• Assist with planning and executing customer experience initiatives and engagement opportunities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally, on and off property.
