Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Yardi Voyager and MS Office experience are preferred, with a friendly, professional approach to working with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retain clients.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
