RangeWater Real Estate, LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through hands-on leasing, tours, and resident relations. You will manage applications, screenings, move-in packages, and renewals while delivering strong customer service, coordinating marketing activities, and upholding property standards.

This role requires weekend availability, office presence, and the ability to work in varied conditions; previous PM, sales, or customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency with rental software (Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite).
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face; conduct property tours.
• Process applications, screening, and prepare move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely signing.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards.
