RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Dallas to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, tour property, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with accuracy and courtesy.

You will also implement local marketing plans, analyze market trends, and maintain show units to meet company standards. This on-site role requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects in person.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and tenant communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in, renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Monitor market trends and adapt marketing plans.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and show unit standards.
