Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person sales, property tours, and streamlined leasing processes. You will implement marketing plans, screen applicants, and coordinate move-ins with attention to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include renewals, reporting, and maintaining show-ready properties. Strong communication, organization, and customer service are essential for success in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy by greeting prospects face-to-face, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property and programs.
• Keeps informed of market trends and leasing tools, and applies improvements.
• Leases and enforces lease terms, including inspections, collections, and notices.
• Responds to resident questions and coordinates renewal processes.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appeal of the property and show units.
