RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing and renewals for our multifamily properties in Frisco, TX. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Entrata/Yardi and One Site. A High School Diploma or GED is required; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Maintain property appearance, safety, and show unit quality.
• Support lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.
