RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy by greeting prospects, giving property tours, processing applications, and preparing leases. You will ensure resident satisfaction during the lease term and support renewal activities.

The role requires collaboration with onsite teams to market the community, respond to inquiries, and maintain show-ready property conditions. Weekend availability and strong communication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to tour properties and qualify prospects.

Responsabilités

• Perform all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and approving leases.
• Conduct credit screenings and background checks as part of application processing.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth resident onboarding and lease renewals.
• Design and implement marketing activities to drive traffic and meet property targets.
