Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, credit checks, and lease signings.
• Prepare move-in packages and ensure smooth resident onboarding and move-out processes.
