Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 909 Flats in Nashville. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while interacting with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and thorough lease administration. The position requires a high school diploma and sales leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments and prepare lease docs.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and deliver documentation monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled tours and appointments.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
