Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will qualify prospects, schedule tours, and maintain detailed records to support occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 1 year of leasing or sales experience, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. Join a growing team with a focus on people and performance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as answering calls and processing invoices as needed.
