Avenue5 Residential in Atlanta is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
