Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Community Managers in leasing and occupancy across properties. You will handle inquiries, show available units, process applications, and ensure units are ready for tours.

You will help with marketing efforts, maintain move-in/check-out procedures, and strive for high occupancy while delivering courteous service to prospects and residents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to handle leasing processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Entering and closing work orders.
• First point of contact for all prospects and residents.
• Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours.
• Show units and complete the lease process for current and future units.
• Process applications according to guidelines and submit to Property Manager.
• Complete move-in/move-out checklists and update records.
• Assist with marketing tasks and Open Houses as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with fair housing and legal standards.
