29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to support leasing and occupancy across properties. You will assist with tours, ensure units are prepared, and help with marketing efforts to attract residents.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating move-in activities while maintaining confidentiality and complying with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
• Reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at properties.
• First point of contact for all prospects and residents.
• Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours.
• Process applications and lease documents according to guidelines.
• Complete move-in/move-out checklists with residents and deliver leases to management.
