29th Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist the Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across multiple properties. You will help with marketing efforts, show vacant units, and guide residents through the application and lease process.

The role involves maintaining move-in/move-out checklists, coordinating with the Management Company, and ensuring timely lease execution while upholding Fair Housing and local laws.

• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and supervisors.
• Reliability and time reporting honesty.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy tasks.
• Show units, process applications and lease documents.
• Support marketing efforts and property surveys.
• Conduct open houses and distribute resident communications.
• Maintain move-in/move-out checklists and ensure keys/access codes are issued.
