Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Show units, process applications and leases.
• Maintain move-in/move-out checklists and unit readiness.
• Post vacancies on Craigslist and other approved sites.
• Assist with coordinating resident appreciation events.
• Prepare weekly activity summaries and time logs.
