Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic, lease units, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to leads quickly and follow up on schedule.
• Maintain knowledge of unit availability, pricing, and community information.
• Host resident appreciation events and foster a sense of community.
• Serve as first contact for residents and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to site management when needed.
